Ciao,
I have a grammar question regarding the use of "fino a" - does its meaning only translate as “until the end of….”?
What if I wanted to say “Let’s meet at the end of the month” Would I say “Ci incontriamo a fino al mese.” or would that be incorrect??

thanks for your question! fino a is just "until", and not necessarily means "until the end" of something.
For example, the title of the movie "Until the end of the world" by Wim Wenders, is translated in Italian Fino alla fine del mondo.
The word for "the end" is la fine and it is a noun.
The word for "until" is fino and it is a preposition.
So your sentence to say "Let's meet at the end of the month" in Italian would be
Ci incontriamo alla fine del mese
or better
Incontriamoci alla fine del mese
