It's il mio vestito nuovo because il vestito is a masculine noun meaning garment, dress, or suit. La vestita isn't a word. You would say vestita as the past participle of the verb vestirsi (to describe a woman who is dressed, then you would describe how). For example:
Hai visto come si è vestita Carla oggi? Did you see what Carla was wearing today?

What a great dialogue - You guys are doing a fantastic job. I've been studying Italian for two years and I know lots of grammar stuff and words but always had trouble making it conversational - until I joined this podcast - thanks for all the great phrases and your great explanations!!

Io ho avuto un appuntamento così "sfortunato", ma alla fine tutto è diventato bene. Siamo stati al compleanno di un amico (era la seconda volta che siamo usciti insieme), ma ho avuto una cosa da fare e perciò sono andata via presto. Lui continuava a festeggiare con gli amici nel bar, quando all'improviso sono tornata. Ovviamente che non mi aspettava, perché aveva già bevuto troppo tequila :) E quando mi portava a casa in taxi, si è sentito male, e è succesa una cosa... ehh.. una cosa che spesso succede con le persone molte ubriacate :)
Ma come l'ho già detto, finalmente tutto è diventato bene, perché adesso, dopo 3 anni, siamo sposati!!! Lui è un italiano, perciò ho la possibilità di studiare la lingua del futuro anche con lui :) E non beve più tequila.... :)

very interesting history, i could understand most of the dialoge, but to try to speak is another history but, some day "me peace parlare Italiano"

Una domanda:
Andarsene e prendersela sono due esampi di verbi pronominali. In entrambi casi, i significati dei verbi sono diventati dai verbi intransitivi andare e prendere. Che altri verbi pronominali sono regolarmente usati?

Similar to prendersela, there are:
cavarsela :: to manage it
sentirsela :: to feel like it/be up for it
Similar to andarsene, there is:
fregarsene :: to not give a damn/to not care

This is a great question! Think of com'è andata as a fixed phrase. The thing that "went" (what we're referring to) is una cosa, something a bit vague.
Of course if you add the subject, then the verb reflects the gender of the subject.
