The three verbs mean about the same thing. You can use them like I do in the following examples:

Sono stufata di aspettarlo. I'm tired of waiting for him.

Sono scocciata di dover spiegare tutto a lei! I'm fed up with having to explain everything to her!

Sono stanca di mangiare sempre la pizza. I'm tired of always eating pizza.

Se sono vestita in sandali, mi scoccia molto se c'e un ciottolo (pebble) o delle polvere nelli sandali, i miei piedi sentono spiacevoli. Un po strano, o no?

Ciao Catherine sono fissata con la squadra Juventus! After listening to your conversation with Marco I was wondering what you would call a pet hate or as you said pet peeve in Italiano?

And also I cant get a good understanding of the translation and when to use for the word ne. I live in Italy so I do understand a sentence with ne in it but not clear when to use it. I'm just at the awkward stage of understanding when some one is speaking to me but not being able to respond with the same ease!

jayms,

Great question! ne is hard to pin down. Let me try to show common ways this word is used:

Ne is a pronoun that usually corresponds with of it or of them in English.

Ho preso le patatine, ne vuoi?

I got some chips, want some [of them]?

Quanti ne vuole?

How many [of them] would you like?

Hai voglia di venire con me? Ne hai voglia?

Do you want to come with me? Do you want to [come with]?

(the idea of coming with is implied by the ne)

As ne is a pronoun, you use it to indicate whatever has been discussed or referred to previously in the conversation.

Let me know if this helps. If not, I'll try and clarify using further examples!
