The three verbs mean about the same thing. You can use them like I do in the following examples:

Sono stufata di aspettarlo. I'm tired of waiting for him.

Sono scocciata di dover spiegare tutto a lei! I'm fed up with having to explain everything to her!

And also I cant get a good understanding of the translation and when to use for the word ne. I live in Italy so I do understand a sentence with ne in it but not clear when to use it. I'm just at the awkward stage of understanding when some one is speaking to me but not being able to respond with the same ease!

Ho preso le patatine, ne vuoi?

I got some chips, want some [of them]?

Quanti ne vuole?

How many [of them] would you like?

Hai voglia di venire con me? Ne hai voglia?

Do you want to come with me? Do you want to [come with]?

(the idea of coming with is implied by the ne)
