Clean Bi carbonate beach then? seems a bit as a new idea to go to, which part of the tuscany region it is in (region, Livorno LI i guess)? what is the name again? are there hotels nearby? what was the name of the city again, the one nearest to this beach?
Italy looks like an interesting holiday place, more italan is required though better start now.

Perhaps there are no fish because the water would be too alkaline for them from the sodium bicarbonate; fish are very sensitive about that.
It might feel really good to people, though; like soaking in bath salts. 8^)
Ciao,

Spanishlearners,
yes, we can say that's a clean bi carbonate beach!
The beach is Tuscany. The city is Rosignano Solvay and it is near Livorno.
There are hotels and camping nearby or you can rent an appartment.
So if u wanna find an hotel nearby, u can find it in rosignano or also in Vada that's a small town nearby Rosignano. U can easily going from the center of Vada by bike and u'll be there in 10 minutes ;-)
And it is actually an interisting holiday place!

cwparla,
u're right!
A lot of people are afraid to have a bath there, but it's actually good for people! I went there a lot of times and I'm not dead and I don't have any healthy problems! Maybe I am more "clean"!!! ahahahah
